New Meaning Foundation is a social enterprise dedicated to giving young people practical skills, purpose, and confidence through hands-on training and mentoring.
As part of their commitment to you development, New Meaning Foundation set out to transform an unused warehouse in Stratford-upon-Avon into a welcoming, fully functional training centre. The vision included a communal space where young people could learn essential life and construction skills, supported by facilities such as workshop, a kitchen area, and an accessible toilet.
However, the warehouse was empty shell, requiring a complete electrical fit-out and lighting infrastructure to bring it up to standard.
EA-RS stepped in as a part of a CSR initiative to help make that vision a reality, delivering a meaningful space for future learning and growth.
New Meaning Foundation were looking to convert an empty warehouse into a training workshop and communal space for young people to learn life skills. This included the creation of a workshop, Kitchen area and disabled toilet.
As part of a CSR project, EA-RS assisted in the refurbishment and fit out of this ‘empty shell’ by fitting emergency lighting, upgrading existing lighting, which included the fitting of a new sub distribution and general 230v power and sub circuits.
